Returns and Exchange Policy

Natasha Gan will offer a full refund on full price garments, we however do not offer exchanges. Goods must be returned in saleable condition and be received by our distribution centre within 30 days from the order date. Jewelries are nonrefundable. 

Products that have been used will not be able to be exchanged or refunded. Please ensure that the garment has not been worn and/or washed and is in a resalable condition. All tags and barcodes must be attached.

Do I pay for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are incurred by the customer, except in the case of faulty goods.

What if my Item is faulty?
