All of our orders are sent via TNT from Indonesia or Australia Post from Australia. Delivery can take from 7-21 days internationally. Once dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details. All orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days.
Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes we do! You can exchange the same item for a different size if you request the exchange within 14 days of receiving the item. All return and outbound shipping costs back to Australia for exchanges will be paid for by the customer. It is strongly advised that all returns are sent via registered trackable mail. 2NDSKIN will not be held responsible for any parcels lost in transit. If the package does not reach us, we will not be able to complete the exchange.
Tags must be intact, and items must be in sellable condition.
