RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

• Exchanges:

You can exchange your item for a different size or color. Alternatively, should you wish to exchange your purchase for another one, it must be the same value. All shipping costs for exchanges will be paid for by the customer. 

For reasons concerning hygiene, we are unfortunately unable to accept earring returns. 

• Refunds:

We will refund you if you make your request within 14 days of receiving the item/making your purchase. Please note that we do not refund the return shipping.

To receive a refund, all returned items must be returned unworn and in the same condition it was sent to you. 

• What if my Item is faulty?

If you have received a faulty item please message us on Black Book Fashion with an image of the faulty item so we can resolve the matter as soon as possible. You can check RETURNS to find out how to return an item. 

• What if I have received an incorrect item?

If you have received an item you did not order, please contact us immediately so we can resolve this for you.

• Do I Have to Pay for Shipping My Return?

Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us we will not be able to complete the refund. We recommend sending via a trackable shipping service.
