The Lily Jean boutique began life in beautiful Bali, Indonesia in 2004. Named after Creative Director, Made de Coney’s grandmothers, Lily and Jean. Made was born in Bali, her mother is from Brazil and father from Australia. Influenced by her Latino background and Balinese upbringing she creates simple and classy fashion that makes you feel at ease yet classy. Not following the “trends” but making timeless pieces is what matters to her. Shipping and Delivery

All of our orders are sent via EMS and take 1-4 business days to arrive in Indonesia and between 5-21 days internationally. Once dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details. All orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Please note, during sale periods or within a few days of a new collection launch there may be some delays.
Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes we do! You can exchange an item for a different size or color. Alternatively, should you wish to exchange an item for another one, it must be the same value or higher. All return shipping will be paid for by the customer and exchange requests made within 7 days of receiving the item.
Please ensure that all returned items are unworn, in its original packaging and with all tags and labels still attached.
Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds but will exchange any unwanted items for another one of the same value or higher if the request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.
Please note that we do not refund the original shipping costs and return shipping is paid for by the customer.
What if my Item is faulty?
If you have received a faulty item please message us on Black Book Fashion with an image of the faulty item so we can resolve the matter as soon as possible. We will replace the item if the stock is available or exchange the item for a similar one of the same value. You can check RETURNS to find out how to return an item.
Do I Have to Pay for Shipping My Return?
Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, we recommend sending via trackable method for peace of mind.
