Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders made before 12 pm on any given business day and delivered to Bali are processed within the same day.
Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day subject to availability. Please note: During sales periods dispatch can take 5-7 business days plus delivery time.
Returns and Exchange Policy
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes we do! You can exchange the same item for a different size if you request the exchange within 30 days of receiving the item. All return and outbound shipping costs for exchanges will be paid for by the customer.
Tags must be intact, and items must be in sellable condition.
Sale items cannot be returned nor exchanged.
Do you offer refunds?
At this time we only offer exchanges not refunds, therefore we encourage you to check the size guide prior to purchasing and using the ‘Ask Boutique a Question’ link on the product page to clarify any doubts you may have.
What if my Item is faulty?
If you have received a faulty item (i.e. with unintentional holes, running dye, torn hem, etc.), please message us on Black Book Fashion with an image of the faulty item so we can resolve the matter as soon as possible. You can click on the RETURNS link at the bottom of every page to find out more.
Do I Have to Pay for Shipping My Return?
Unless it is a faulty item, customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any exchange items. If the package does not reach us, we will not be able to complete the exchange. We recommend sending via a trackable shipping service.
